The Role of a Venture Partner
- Venture partners connect our firm to exceptional founders who are building (or thinking of building) the next $1B+ company.
- Venture Partners have a strong network of founders, VCs, angel investments or the tech community and will leverage their network to present potential deals to 645.
- The goal is for at least one of the presented investments to be successfully completed by 645 Ventures within 12-24 months of joining the program.
How we work with our Venture Partners
- We provide up to two key contacts on 645’s Investment & Research team. These are the 645 team members who you will send deals to for review.
- You can expect to hear from us monthly via email- a friendly hello and reminder to share potential deals with 645. No need to wait to send deals monthly, feel free to share anytime. Our goal is to stay on your radar since everyone gets busy.
- Based on your preferences, we may meet once per to discuss deal flow, industry/market trends and more (optional).
- If you are located nearby our NYC or SF offices, we would love to meet up in person when possible.
- If a deal is submitted, the 645 team will conduct an assessment of the deal submission, including diligence where appropriate and provide feedback.
